JM Summit Partners is the operating brand of Sunsets & Sweet Retreats, LLC, a South Carolina limited liability company formed in 2025. We are a private partnership focused on the long-term acquisition and operation of short-term rental properties.

Our first property is an oceanfront condominium in North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. We manage the property directly, working with local service providers for cleaning, maintenance, and guest support. We are committed to compliant operation under all applicable state and municipal short-term rental regulations.

Our approach is deliberate and long-term. We operate a small number of properties well, rather than a large number of properties at scale. Decisions about expansion, property selection, and operating partners managing members.
